(ANÁLISE JORNADA) ELLISOR ELEVA SPORTING QUE VENCE OLIVEIRENSE
Este domingo, houve muito basquetebol com a realização da 10ª jornada da fase regular, no jogo de cartaz da jornada o Sporting cilindrou a formação da Oliveirense, venceu por 94-70.
No Pavilhão João Rocha, o Sporting recebeu a formação da Oliveirense, uma vitória robusta sobre o bi campeão nacional, que em três dias perdeu frente a dois rivais (Sporting e FC Porto). Os verdes e brancos venceram os quatro parciais (27-9; 21-18; 24-23; 22-20). Desde cedo, o Sporting assumiu-se como melhor equipa. O destaque da equipa foi James Ellisor, fez 21 pontos na partida, assistiu os colegas, roubou bolas. O americano, de 29 anos, foi um verdadeiro “monstro” para a equipa da Oliveirense. O Sporting procurou o jogo interior, perante a equipa de Norberto Alves que não conseguiu travar a penetração sportinguista. O ataque da equipa de Oliveira de Azeméis foi uma sombra da sua capacidade, sem rapidez de pensamento, sem conseguir penetrar na defensiva leonina, com muitos lançamento falhados, aliados à falta de concentração da equipa, que não esteve agressiva. Com a derrota a equipa da Oliveirense soma 17 pontos e é apanhada pelo Benfica na classificação
Vitória justíssima da equipa de Luís Magalhães, que soma 19 pontos e no próximo domingo desloca-se ao Dragão caixa, para defrontar o FC Porto, no clássico da 11ª jornada.
O FC Porto continua a ritmo elevado, depois da vitória na sexta-feira frente a Oliveirense. A equipa de Moncho Lópes foi à Madeira vencer a formação do CAB Madeira por 59-85, numa demonstração de capacidade dos azuis e brancos que venceram os quatro parciais (16-26; 9-18; 17-20; 17-21) e continuam invictos na liderança. O CAB Madeira não teve argumentos para contrariar o jogo interior do FC Porto, em que o poste Sasa Borovnjak apontou 22 pontos, no melhor marcador dos azuis e branco. Do lado do CAB Madeira destacamos George Beamom, com 28 pontos, o melhor marcador da encontro. O FC Porto soma 20 pontos, enquanto o CAB Madeira soma 14 pontos e está ainda na zona de play off campeão.
O Benfica também não vacilou na deslocação ao Maia BC. Venceu por 68-99. Os lisboetas entraram bem no encontro e no final do primeiro parcial (12-25) venciam pela margem de 13 pontos. O segundo parcial (14-25), colocava o Benfica ao intervalo a vencer por 26-50. Nos terceiro parcial, o Benfica voltou a vencer (16-23), por uma margem menor. No quarto e último parcial, empate (26-26). O desacelerar do Benfica foi aproveitado pela equipa maiata para mostrar um pouco mais do seu basquetebol. Nos melhores do encontro destaque para José Silva do Benfica. O português continua a ser o motor da equipa. Do lado do Maia BC, KJ James fez 28 pontos, sendo o melhor marcador do encontro.
O Benfica sobe ao terceiro lugar com 17 pontos e menos um jogo realizado que o Sporting e FC Porto, estão com mais dois e três pontos respetivamente, que a equipa de Carlos Lisboa. O Maia BC soma 13 pontos, a um ponto da zona do play off de campeão.
O Guimarães também não facilitou e venceu o Terceira Basket, por 98-74 com os parciais de (23-15; 27-31; 21-12; 27-16). Os vimaranenses entraram bem no encontro e no primeiro parcial venceram com diferença de 8 pontos. No segundo parcial, a equipa do Terceira Basket venceu, o que fez acreditar na equipa dos Açores, que procurava em Guimarães a primeira vitória na Liga. No terceiro parcial, a equipa de Carlos Fechas foi dominadora e construiu a vitória no encontro. No quarto parcial, o Vitória Guimarães geriu e construiu uma vitória pela diferença de 24 pontos.
Também destaque para as vitórias fora de portas de Esgueira e Barreirense. O Esgueira venceu na deslocação ao Galitos por 78-79, num jogo muito equilibrado e com emoção até ao último lançamento. A vitória acabou por sorrir aos comandados de Pedro Costa, que agora soma 15 pontos, enquanto o Galitos soma 16 pontos.
O Barreirense venceu o Illiabum por 69-82, com os parciais (9-26; 24-21; 14-22; 22-13), que permite à equipa de José Cardoso igualar a formação Illiabum, com os mesmos 12 pontos. No jogo foi preponderante a entrada forte da equipa do Barreiro, que venceu o primeiros parcial por 9-26 e não permitiu mais a reação forte do Illiabum.
A Ovarense somou a terceira vitória, a segunda consecutiva. Na receção ao Lusitânia venceu por 76-70 com os parciais 19-18; 27-14; 13-14; 17-24. A vantagem conseguida no segundo parcial acabou por ser fundamental para conseguir a vitória. A Ovarense soma 12 pontos e com um jogo a menos, continua em lugar de despromoção. O Lusitânia tem 12 pontos e está na zona de play off de campeão.
